Avenches
An equally early testimony to the Christian faith is now preserved in the Roman Museum in Avenches (Aventicum): two goblets inscribed with Christian texts that were funeral objects for a young woman buried around ad 350. According to the Roman Museum in Avenches, they are among the oldest evidence of the Christian religion in western Switzerland.
